ARCHE PRO – Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through ARCHE PRO. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time may be extended during peak seasons, product launches, promotions, or inventory audits.

ARCHE PRO reserves the right to delay shipment due to payment verification or inventory availability.


Shipping Coverage

ARCHE PRO currently ships within the United States only.

International shipping may become available in the future and will be governed by separate terms and fees.


Shipping Rates and Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, and selected service level.

ARCHE PRO reserves the right to select the most efficient carrier to complete deliveries.


Delivery Responsibility

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

ARCHE PRO is not responsible for lost packages, stolen packages, carrier delays, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Customers must ensure accurate shipping information before checkout.


Address Accuracy and Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

In the event of a shipping delay, customers are required to first contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided to obtain delivery updates.

ARCHE PRO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, operational disruptions, or peak shipping seasons.

Only after confirmation from the carrier that a shipment is officially declared lost may ARCHE PRO review the case for possible resolution.


Partial Shipments and Out-of-Stock Items

If part of an order becomes unavailable, ARCHE PRO may ship available items separately and refund unavailable products without delay.


Lost Package Claims

Claims regarding missing packages must be submitted within three (3) calendar days of delivery confirmation.

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.


Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress.


Customs and Regulations (if applicable)

For future international shipments, customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and delays.


Policy Updates

ARCHE PRO reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

Updates become effective immediately upon posting.
