Final Sale & Refund Policy

At ARCHE PRO, we are committed to delivering professional-grade beauty products with strict hygiene and quality standards. Due to the nature of cosmetic and professional salon supplies, the following policy applies to all purchases made through our website.


Final Sale Policy

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped.

This policy ensures product safety, sanitation compliance, and quality assurance for all customers.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Cosmetic products
• Lash and brow supplies
• Adhesives, liquids, and chemical solutions
• Professional beauty tools once opened or used
• Sale, promotional, or discounted items
• Gift cards

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will review your claim promptly.

To qualify for review:

• You must contact us within twenty-four (24) hours of confirmed delivery
• Clear photo and/or video evidence must be provided
• Original packaging must be retained

Failure to report within 24 hours constitutes acceptance of the order as delivered.

Approved claims may result in replacement, store credit, or refund at the sole discretion of ARCHE PRO.


Return Authorization (If Approved)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins.

Once an order enters processing or shipment, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refund Processing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at archelashpro@gmail.com.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact ARCHE PRO directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a payment dispute.

We maintain delivery confirmation, communication records, and policy acceptance logs for all transactions.
